WHAT’s it all about?

Lifts & Lagers isn’t your average fitness class.....well for starters, there's beer involved. All participants will receive a gift card for a beer to enjoy after class or at your leisure from Coast Mountain Brewing.

Aside from the awesome fact that you get to enjoy a beer after the course, it will also empower you to walk into any weight room feeling capable and confident that you belong there.

You'll learn how to effectively perform the fundamental barbell movements, including the squat, bench press, deadlift, and pull-up.

This course is excellent for everyone, from complete beginners to people who have been going to the gym for a while but aren't sure if they're doing things right.

You don't need any experience. We will teach you.

We'll meet you at your current level and build you up with individual attention and personalized coaching.

We also cover a few key assistance exercises that will address any weak points to keep you healthy and progressing over the long term.

Wait! Can't forget mobility, right?

You'll also learn mobility warmups to help you move and feel great during your workouts.

 

WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO?

The program will be completed over a 4-week period and includes 4 x 1.5 hour in-person sessions.

Groups are limited to 4 people, allowing plenty of time for individual coaching and progression.

You'll leave knowing the why and how behind each fundamental movement.

You'll receive handouts explaining the details covered in sessions and finish with a 4-day training program.
