Small Group Classes
Our small group classes are capped at 6 to 8 people per class in order to get maximum attention from your coach/kinesiologist. With an individuaized approach, you’ll reap the benefits of 1:1 training without the price tag. Our classes are $25-27.50* unless otherwise specified or discounted with the purchase of a package.

8 session class packs expire within 4 months of purchase.
12 session class packs expire within 6 months of purchase.

Babes & Barbells: 1.0 Foundations

Time: 6:00-7:30pm Thursday evenings

Cost: $200+gst for 4-1.5 hour sessions

Cost: $280+gst for 8 in person, 1 hour sessions AND 4 workouts to complete on your own time
