Your journey with us starts with a conversation. Before your first session, we sit down with you — in person or via telehealth — to understand your goals, assess your needs, and build a program that's right for you.

Not sure which program fits? That's exactly what the consultation is for. We'll walk you through your options and find the right match for your goals, schedule, and budget.

A $55 deposit is required to book your consultation, which is fully credited toward whichever package or membership you choose.

Our studio is located in Function Junction — just south of Whistler Village, with free and ample parking — at Unit 214, 1420 Alpha Lake Road. We also offer virtual and remote training for clients across Canada.

HOW WOULD YOU LIKE TO TRAIN?

We offer two ways to work with us — choose what fits your life best.

Peak Membership Our most comprehensive option. Your membership covers both Resilience and Rehabilitation training, so if your needs change — whether an injury flares up or you're ready to push harder — your program adapts with you at no additional cost.

Flex Packages Prefer to commit to a specific goal? Flex Packages let you purchase a block of sessions in either Resilience or Rehabilitation training — ideal for those who travel, have variable schedules, or want to focus on one area at a time.


RESILIENCE TRAINING

PREVENT. PREPARE. PERFORM.

For those looking to mitigate injury, increase strength and mobility, and to improve overall fitness.

With an emphasis on strength & conditioning, your coach will take a full-body approach while educating you on your body's individual needs in order for you to feel and perform your best. 

Want to ramp up your training outside of your sessions at the studio? No problem - your coach can provide you with a personalized program sent directly to your phone with our Remote Training Add-On. 

REHABILITATION TRAINING

PLAN. PROGRESS. PLAY AGAIN.

If you have a new or old injury, or are coming back from or preparing for surgery, this is your ticket.

After a detailed biomechanical analysis, your coach will create a personalized exercise program to get you back on your feet as fast as possible. Home or gym exercises will be provided in addition to the studio training you will complete during your 1:1 session.

Additionally, your coach will address a more full-body strengthening  approach when required to ensure everything around the injury is functioning optimally.

UNSURE WHICH OPTION IS RIGHT FOR YOU?

Not to worry! During your initial consultation, your coach/Kinesiologist will go through their recommendations after completing a thorough assessment to provide the best option for you.

  • The most affordable rehabilitation per hour that you'll find in Whistler.

    1 session per week - $400+gst per month
    2 sessions per week - $800+gst per month
    3 sessions per week - $1200+gst per month

    Everything is on the table with ongoing, consistent training tailored to you. Choose 1, 2, or 3 sessions per week that fit your schedule, budget, and goals.

    Working this closely with a coach has so many benefits and in our years of experience, we know that clients with this level of commitment see the best results. Your program adapts as the seasons flow, your sports change and your needs alter.

    PEAK MEMBERSHIP DETAILS:

    • $55 consultation fee will be credited to your membership.

    • Memberships require a minimum three month commitment.

    • Memberships require two weeks' notice to cancel before the next auto-billing cycle.

    • Memberships are not transferrable or refundable.

    • Includes 4-week vacation over an annual membership.

  • FLEX PACKAGE DETAILS:

    • 8 Session Packs expire within 3 months of purchase

    • 24 Session Packs expire within 7 months of purchase

    • $55 consultation fee will be credited to the purchase of a flex package or membership; credit expires within 1 month of consultation date; not redeemable for classes or series

    • If complicated injuries arise in Resilience Training, your program may be switched to a Rehab Training Program on a case-by-case basis

PARTNER TRAINING

One coach. Two clients. Fully personalized attention for both.

Whether you're training with your spouse, a friend, or your teenager, partner training offers the same tailored approach as our 1-on-1 sessions — with the added motivation of having someone in your corner. Your coach will design a program that works for both of you individually, while keeping you moving and accountable together.

  • 1 x Weekly - $520+gst per month - $130 per session

    2 x Weekly - $1040+gst per month - $130 per session

    3 x Weekly - $1530+gst per month - $130 per session

  • 8 sessions - $1160+gst - $145 per session

    24 sessions - $3240+gst - $135 per session

    PARTNER TRAINING DETAILS:

    • 8 Session Packs expire within 3 months of purchase

    • 24 Session Packs expire within 7 months of purchase

    • $55 consultation fee will be credited to the purchase of a flex package or membership; credit expires within 1 month of consultation date; not redeemable for classes or series

    • Full session amount will be billed if one of the partners is unable to attend the session
