Tanya firmly believes that exercise is a powerful form of medicine, and that moving well and moving pain-free is essential for attaining health and wellness. Her focus is on injury prevention, restoring proper movement patterns and improving overall physical function.
With her comprehensive education in Sport Science and hands-on experience in movement assessment and exercise prescription, Tanya is committed to guiding individuals on their journey towards better movement, health, and overall wellness.
Tanya uses a personalized approach to help her client’s reach their goals, whether they are recovering from an injury, seeking to improve their physical performance, or simply looking to maintain an active lifestyle. She believes in meeting folks where they are at and working together to get them where they want to be.
Tanya grew up near Vancouver but has called Whistler home since 2019. She lives in Whistler with her two daughters, husband, and furry companion. When she's not working, you can findher exploring the local trails on her bike or hiking during the summer months, and carving turns on the slopes in the winter.
