Training for your endurance event isn't just about time on the pavement.
In order to achieve the results you want, it's imperative to incorporate strength training to prevent injury, move efficiently and increase overall strength and power to carry you through that finish line. Certified endurance coach, Oli, will take you through this 8-week progressional series to help you prepare for your upcoming training and events.
