Need to show your body a little T.L.C after some long days playing in the mountains? Join us for a 30-minute full-body mobility class that will leave you feeling loose, balanced and ready to take on the next adventure. With an emphasis on self-myofascial release techniques along with targeting stretching, you're sure to walk away feeling physially and mentally refreshed.
Pairs perfectly with Mountain Fit beforehand for ramp-up and then wind-down.
